This month - September 2018

This month has been a huge leasing month for us. We started the month with a list as long as my arm of properties for lease and we can happily report they have been leased and replaced with others.  Again we are showing more and more properties in an effort to get them leased in a weaker market.

Its more important than ever to ensure your advertised price is competitive.  The properties that currently sit above market are not getting the interest and are sitting on the market getting stale.  Experts say you should reduce your advertised price by 10% every 10 days and we wholeheartedly agree.

A massive shout out and thank you to those clients that attended our Central Coast Investors meet.  It was another great event jam-packed with information for property investors.  It is always so wonderful to see you all.

On the home front, we are excitedly working on the design of our new website due for release at the end of the year. Unfortunately, the platform we currently have will be obsolete but this gives us the opportunity to provide you with a new, fresh and user-friendly site for your properties to be advertised and somewhere you can access information and articles.

Please keep your eye out for our Xmas party invite.  This year we are holding our client Xmas party on Friday 7th December and we expect to have your invites our early November.  We love to catch up with everyone forming friendships and building relationships built on respect and trust and what better way to do this than over a glass of wine at the end of another big year.

Last weekend the team celebrated Laetitia's hens party with her wedding being held in November in the Hunter Valley. We are so blessed to be able to celebrate one of the biggest events of her life.  For those that know Laetitia well, this is long awaited. You can check out photos on our facebook page of the beautiful bride to be and some snaps from the day.

Once again, I hope you enjoy the articles we have chosen this month.  One of my favourites.. pets or no pets plus are you at risk of breaching legislation?

Please reach out if there is something, in particular, you wish to hear about.

Until next time. Take Care.
