2013 is set to be a great year…

All indications are that 2013 will be a positive year for investors on the Central Coast.  We have set a number of major goals to meet the demand and are very excited about what the year will bring. Watch this space as we reveal all in the coming months.

On the Home front…

Our team celebrated Christmas in style at Gosford’s delightfully exotic Byblos Restaurant and Bar overlooking Kibble Park. Check out our Facebook page for photos of the night.

You can expect to see more of Karla and Tennille in the office this year, as their youngest children commence pre-school.  Both are looking forward to having more time to devote to their clients.

Upcoming Conference means more benefits for you…

Attendance at the annual conference gives us an invaluable opportunity to share ideas and strategies with other leaders in our field, learn from industry experts and assess the latest world-class property management systems on offer. We always return invigorated and keen to implement the best of what we learn back home in order to provide an even better service to you and further maximize your revenue opportunities.  You may remember from last year we implemented the video inspection which has been a great success and help when leasing property. Potential tenants can now view vacant properties online via video to assess its suitability prior to attending the inspection.

Strong demand for 4-bedders continues…

We’re still experiencing strong demand from quality tenants looking for 4-bedroom homes on the Central Coast in the $400 - $500 weekly rental price range. The areas most sought after for these properties are Kariong, Green Point and Springfield.  The demand for this type of property has been high throughout 2012 and we expect it to continue for some time.
