Customer Service Guarantee

If your property is not leased within 21 days by us, you will pay no fees at all and if you are unhappy with our services you can cancel our agreement within 90 days of our agreement start date.

Our Service Commitment to You:

  • You will have a highly trained and professional portfolio manager managing your investment property at all times
  • We will advertise your property on 4 of the leading real estate websites
  • We will obtain and verify references and screen prospective tenants to the highest standard
  • We will provide you with our recommendations to assist in the tenant selection process
  • We will have a zero tolerance for rent arrears
  • We will provide you with a detailed condition report with photos at the commencement of each tenancy
  • We will account to you twice per month 
  • We will provide you with a monthly statement listing income and outgoing expenses
  • We will supply you with copies of all invoices paid on your behalf
  • We will respond to your correspondence within 48 hours
  • All maintenance will be reported to you in writing for your approval
  • We will conduct routine inspections with a minimum of 2 per year
  • We will provide you with detailed routine inspection reports with photos
  • We will conduct annual rent reviews to maximize your return on your investment
  • We will advise you of new legislation that may effect you and keep you updated on market conditions
